Real people who know the work — reachable across time zones, wherever the port. Not a ticket queue, not a chatbot.

A marine engineer dedicated to keeping CRALOG at the forefront as a world-leading Authorised Service Provider.
We provide customers and their stakeholders with clear facts, reliable insight and certifications built on internationally recognised standards.
We don't just teach the standards — we set them.

First point of contact for service providers seeking CRALOG ASP authorisation. I help ASPs through MSC.402(96), ISO 23678 and flag-state / class-society approvals — from initial QA assessment through audit. Over 30 years' experience as trainer and assessor for lifeboats, rescue boats and launching appliances.

Your point of contact for getting the most out of CRALOG. I guide customers through maritime rules, regulations and our software — working closely through meetings and reviews to build strong relationships, troubleshoot issues, and keep every experience smooth and supportive.

I bring CRALOG's brand to life — sharp, consistent and unmistakably us — and plan and run our course events, looking after clients while they're here. Having lived in the Middle East, I'm at home working across cultures. Some call me the "CRALOG Mumma": I make sure both the people and the details are exactly where they need to be.

I handle stakeholder communication, pre-assessments and participant support across the certification journey — and work with Nick on the ASP Authorisation Track. Fluent in Danish, English, Spanish and Portuguese, with some Italian.

I keep track of every purchase and invoice, and handle academy bookings and hotel arrangements. I work directly with participants and partners, and behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly.

Developing CRALOG's software platform together with the team.

Developing CRALOG's platform — including this homepage. Software-engineering background with an MSc in industrial engineering and management. I strive to build software that's not just functional, but a pleasure to use.

Over a decade of technical workshop and harbour-site training. Hands-on teaching at the equipment itself, not from a slide deck.

Teaches across all three settings — workshop, classroom, and MARTEC's harbour site — and runs the assessment and verification side for candidates working towards certification.

Workshop and harbour-site instructor at MARTEC. Trains technicians on the same equipment they'll inspect in the field.

Instructor at MARTEC's harbour site and workshop. Specialises in lifesaving appliances and cranes — a focus built first at sea, then on the teaching side at MARTEC's maritime and polytechnic college.
